Huo guo

One of my favorite things to eat is huo guo or hot pot or as I learned from my friend Cindy, fondue chinoise. I have no memories of partaking in Taiwan but I remember having it during special occasions in Madera with Xiao Jiu's (Uncle Eddy's) family. Alex, Christian, and U had it for the first time in Victoria. I love how this kind of meal brings the family together.
