Every Friday, I go on a hike with some One World mom friends to either Coyote Peak in Santa Teresa Park or the the loop from the Mockingbird Hill Lane entrance of Almaden Quicksilver. This last Friday, Monique and I came upon this egg lying in the path. Wild turkey? It was about the size of a chicken egg...perhaps a tad bigger. Question is, how did it end up on the trail? Picked up by a predator who then dropped it? Hmm.
